the pest control service I availed recently, which has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, a complete waste of money. Despite undergoing two sessions of cockroach treatment, the issue was not resolved, and the infestation continued to persist. Following this, I requested a review of the service. However, my appointment was cancelled, and I was informed that I should rebook after receiving a call the following week. Unfortunately, by the time I was advised to rebook, my service validity had already expired. This situation feels highly unfair, as the delay was not caused by me. I was later offered a 50% refund, which I did not accept, as my expectation was not a partial refund but a proper resolution to the problem. I had clearly requested a re-service, which was not provided. Left with no choice, I had to book and pay for the service again. This entire experience raises serious concerns about the ethical handling of customer issues and service commitments. I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a fair resolution. At the very least, I expect either a complete re-service at no additional cost or an appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss I have incurred. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly.

This professional has scheduled to complete the required service on 2nd April. However he unilaterally changed the date to 6th April which is unfair. When requested this professional to do the job as per decided on 2nd April he asked for more money which is totally unethical and causing mental agony. Also the results of the spraying had no effect and the Cockroaches are still alive and running all over. Very disturbed due to your in efficient and non effective service which is resulting in causing damage to the health of my family which may be seriously noted and Corrective action be initiated immediately.
