Edit: after talking to the customer support, it was found that the website did not have full information on do's and don'ts for the service. Hence restoring his review to 4 star. Initial comment: The agent did not remove glass utensils. After the service, the kitchen floor including the cabinets was drenched which took us extra effort to clean up afterwards. There are still live cockroaches in the kitchen.
