The person who visited was not professional at all, and I found his behaviour to be quite oversmart and unnecessarily pushy. We had specifically paid for utensil removal, but despite that, he asked us to remove the utensils ourselves. In that case, we essentially paid for a service that was not actually provided, which was extremely disappointing. What was even more irritating was that we had deliberately scheduled Urban Company’s cockroach treatment plan because we wanted the proper chemical treatment provided as part of the service, which is specifically intended to eliminate cockroaches. However, instead of carrying out the treatment as expected, he repeatedly insisted that we purchase a large can of HIT so that he could spray that instead of using the chemical treatment provided by Urban Company. If we wanted someone to simply spray HIT, we could have done that ourselves. There was no point in paying for a professional pest-control service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I expect Urban Company to ensure that their service professionals follow the actual service process, provide the services that customers have paid for, and avoid unnecessarily pushing customers to purchase additional products.
