    I’m very satisfied with the Native M3 Pro. The installation was smooth, and the technician was professional, polite, and helpful. The purifier has a premium design and delivers good performance. After installation, I checked the water TDS, and the output was around 113 ppm compared to my raw water TDS of 415 ppm. Water quality seems better than my earlier purifier. Happy with my purchase!

    Today my Native M3 Pro got installed and it’s on the scheduled day. I still have to use the product so I cannot review it now. All I can say is it is built really well. Looks very simple but elegant. Very organised and well planned company. They are tracking every aspect through the app. Mine is a town and at first I was reluctant to buy this brand as I heard the service is good only in big cities. Still I took a little risk as I like this product and now I can say service is available here too.

    It’s a good product. A few improvements can be done. It’s not having a tray to keep bottles or cups, so it would be better to have a tray, and there is no way to switch off the dispensers. If you unplug the main power even then it starts working on battery. This causes a problem while cleaning the purifier, as you end up touching the panel and dispensing water.
