In areas where UC is not present, trained professionals appointed by us handle your service. Once you bought native RO, your purifier appears under the Native tab in the UC app. Every service request is one tap from there. So it doesn't matter from where you bought it. No, that is one of the most common myths in water purification. TDS only measures the total dissolved solids in water; it cannot identify what those solids are. Bacteria, viruses, pesticides, and many harmful chemicals do not show up on a TDS meter. Consequently, water with a low TDS reading can still be unsafe, while water with a slightly higher TDS can be perfectly healthy, as it contains beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium.
