Terrible Experience – Surprise Completely Ruined I booked a chocolate pedicure for my husband (his first time), but the technician showed up with a dirty tub and used only lemon products instead—claiming it was better. He never informed us properly, kept lying, ignored calls from the UC team, and used barely 1/10th of leftover products from previously opened packets. When asked about the chocolate mask, he falsely claimed it was already applied. Extremely manipulative and unhygienic service. What was meant to be a sweet surprise turned into a frustrating experience. UC gave a credit refund, but our time and effort were wasted. Avoid such unprofessional services. Would rate him 0/10 if possible.
