Our chimney was working and it only needed cleaning. When he showed me that he has cleaned it - he was almost forcing me to buy the new filter . He had not showed me the working of the chimney and was about to leave. When I asked him to show me the working - it wasn't working. Then he took the chimney down and was trying to upsell a capacitor. The chimney was working and I told him to just fit everything back. I will never recommend him. He doesn't know his job
