I called the service guy two times, and each time he wanted to do jugaad by putting a piece of paper. I told him upfront that, I am ready to bear the cost of any parts, replace the parts instead of doing jugaad. UC is a big scam, they don't have trained technicians who can arrange for parts, they are only good for basic service.

The chimney fell on the gas stove, while the servicing person was trying to dismantle it from the wall. There was a helper who was accompanying the main service person, but he was instructed to start on cleaning the parts, instead of assisting the main person in dismantling the chimney. Also, there was a colour sprayed on the chimney, which we're not entirely convinced was necessary, and while doing so, there were stains left on the kitchen platform of that silver colour. So our platform was also damaged and they did not clean the entire platform after servicing.
