Inefficient technician. . Didn't know to detect the problem. And was changing the water inlet part worth 2600. Which I did not agree to. I told him I would get the problem checked with the LG service center. They came and resolved the problem by just cleaning the water inlet filter. No part required. Not a single paisa was changed for technician visit as it was still under warranty. Urban clap tecnician was either commercial wanted to deceive by selling unnecessary item or just doesn't know the work, inefficient staff. Next time, I will not trust the UC Technician advice. I will definitely go for second advice.

Booked service for damaged door, Technician told 2nds door cost is 3250 and 1st hand it will be more than 7k...however after my enquiry with product customer care , actual cost itself is 3600. Given wrong information which is not correct...so i cancelled booking by paying visiting charge 219 rs. NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAT OF DEALING
