There was a gas cylinder that was at the spot of the washing machine, so the gentleman moved the cylinder from the space and removed the hose and didn’t close the gas outlet. The gas cylinder outlet was open all throughout for good 30mins (I was not aware that it was supposed to be closed when not connected to the hose until my brother saw it).
