Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

He started his work at 9:10AM and finished off at 10:00AM He sprayed on utensils which on top cabinet of kitchen and while I asked her said in 6 hours will get normal and no issues will happen He never bother where he is spraying He said he was on leave complete bed rest for 4months and today is the 1st day of rejoining Totally disappointed on this service I reached out to customer service They also provided general feedback if you feel sick or any health issue then need to call until wait Waste of time and waste of money Please kindly take a necessary action retrain on those people who coming back from leaves or vacation

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
