The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

The pest control treatment was waste of our time and effort. We had empires the kitchen and other storage units completely before the treatment. Lot of effort and time was pit into cleaning each thing and packing away, to start the treatment. The service provider did his absolute best and gave his ample time and patience to get the treatment right. However we are very disappointed to see no result et all. There has been literally no reduction in the coackroaches we would see. They are still there everywhere during the day as well as night time. Very disappointed with UC service this time. The chemical used wasn't potent enough fir the coackroaches.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs.
