Unable or not interested in servicing the geyser. He requested for a plumber to remove the bolt & put the geyser down. Suggestion: Send a helper to support technician for geyser work, preferably with some plumbing experience.

Water is leaking from geyser after service, and the partner was very unprofessional. He sticked his personal contact on the geyser and later removed that sticker. He charged extra without showing MRP of the materials he fixed

It's quite disappointing about the app and it's overly priced services . I have booked gyser service for 688 including deep cleaning, scale removal and checkup. But when the technician arrived he said it costs extra when I told him it's included in the pack. He disagreed and told me it cost me an extra 500 for dis- scaling. Which is quite disappointing and unfair. In the details they clearly mentioned that they will remove the parts inspect and dis-scale and fix. Just for a small change in the sensor i have paid 739 which is totally highly priced and money wasted. So I recommend you to book a check up first
