I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced during my recent booking. I appreciate the work done by Suman, who was excellent and professional in her service. However, before that, Pinki Kumari rescheduled my message to Suman without my consent. She was adamant about not providing a hot bed and behaved in an unprofessional manner, including boasting while speaking to me. Additionally, at around 12:00 PM, she rescheduled my booking again. This caused significant inconvenience, especially since I had been on an empty stomach since morning and was waiting for the service. I request you to please look into the conduct of Pinki Kumari, as such behavior does not reflect well on your organization. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure better customer experience in the future.
