Nails very long, badly half-polished, immediate disappointment from someone coming in to do a facial. Very haphazard facial with no proper sequence of steps. It was not relaxing at all. Was 100% reluctant to give a foot massage.. did it very gingerly when I said it is part of the chosen facial. No head massager used as part of the first step. Unfortunately, Not happy with the service.
