Installation was delayed for one week and finally done by another UC technician with customer care help .. delay reason was pressure reducing valve requirement, where the reading was b/w 15-20 .. ordered a valve without my consent even after rejecting the job causing delay in installation.. he came with another person / friend who was peeping into all rooms without any reason .. The other technician installed the machine without PRV, as the pressure is normal to low ... Never recommend him and i request UC to take stricter action against him
