One tubelight, TV are not cleaned. None of the hall switches are cleaned Mirrors are not cleaned Even after providing food , cooldrinks water , they requested for additional tip of 800. They said they cleaned 1 bathroom additionally, but I have paid for 2BHK , so I beleive it includes 2 bathroom service, when I requested to pay for 600 they agreed but were not so happy about it. Adding to this the kitchen items like Ecook airfryer mixie were not cleaned , I cleaned and arranged them

A quick summary; Kaushik was cooperative and receptive to feedback, but he brought 2 other boys (not mentioned anywhere on the app) who did a shoddy job despite repeated requests and reminders. The boys were underaged and untrained, they also didn’t know the local language (Tamil) or English, which made it very difficult to communicate with them since only 1 person in the house knew Hindi. Particularly DISAPPOINTED in urban company for how unprofessionally handled this was. 0 stars to urban company Kaushik came with 2 other boys. They showed up 40 minutes late. It was never mentioned anywhere that there would be 3 people. Only Kaushik’s name was mentioned in Urban Company’s app. Unsure if this is standard process with deep cleaning but huge huge red flag on Urban Company’s behalf. These 3 boys definitely seemed underage and untrained in deep cleaning. While they had the products and equipment, it was evident they hadn’t been instructed on how to use it. Deeply disappointed in Urban Company’s verification and training process. Especially given these boys seemed underage and this is easily verified through government ID. Now, coming to the service quality. Kaushik was polite, respectful and took feedback on what to clean and where to clean. However despite multiple mentions and pleading requests that there were old people with breathing issues (and therefore needed thorough cleaning, not just a half hearted dusting) the other 2 boys were unwilling to action our feedback. We had to literally stand in the rooms as they cleaned and give instructions for them to clean and how to do it (eg: use a wet cloth not a paintbrush to remove dust. Yes, they were using paintbrushes at one point.) despite this level of intervention, the other 2 boys were blatantly lying or overlooking our requests at some points saying they had done something (dusted the top of the cupboard or wiped the soapy water residue from the corners of the room) when they hadn’t actually done it. Apart from this, they weren’t helpful in putting things back in the room that we had taken out so it wouldn’t get dirty. We had to do that ourselves. And while we did that, these 2 boys went out for smoke breaks. Again I would like to stress that Kaushik was cooperative and the only reason we are even giving a 2.5 star rating. At the end when we requested they wipe the floor with a wet cloth instead of just pouring soapy water and sweeping it (since it was leaving a slippery residue and was a hazard for old people who are already fall risks), Kaushik was the only one who actually did the work. The other 2 didn’t want to. Overall, we felt if Kaushik alone came and even took twice the amount of time to do the same work or even did this in 2-3 parts over 2-3 days, it would have been a better outcome since he had a good attitude and took feedback. However, we felt even he had to coax his 2 companions to get work done and couldn’t oversee what they did effectively. Urban Company needs to get its act together because this is not professional quality AT ALL.
