I’ve already paid 210 while booking. For changing tap spindle the visitor quoted 160 rupees and I agreed to replace. I went out and gave cash of 170 rupees to my wife to settle. But he demanded 230 rupees saying the total includes visiting charges and the cost of the spindle. He did not submit the bill for the procured item.

Nothing against the person who came for the service, came at 3pm for 1pm appointment, cited app didn’t work and didn’t show my appointment.. during parts purchase asked him to request for a better price or try a different store.. he cited already he’s running late and petrol charges are not covered and I agreed to the store price which was high.. started work and was told the tap is double tube and need another material to fix the purchased part, I told rather buy a tap which suits the same one, for which he asked me rudely to get the parts as he won’t get it and cites he doesn’t know the area around here (told him to refer Google map for shops) after which I told him to do as per his own accord.. after which he tells he doesn’t have the appropriate spanner to fix the tap.. he did the jet spray work and left.. I told him don’t put the blame on customer for app not showing appointment or show rudeness because of multiple calls from different people due to work delay in each place.. he told I won’t mind this complaint.. now I have to put another appointment to fix the issue.. please ensure people who come to provide service to act in appropriate manner as they are here to serve rather than customers being given service as if we don’t have anyone else to do it if it wasn’t for them! Just because you have work pressure doesn’t mean you can show it on the customer who give you the work and pay money for the service.. This is just a feedback, it may be a bad work day for him but doesn’t make it a reason to behave in such a way.. told him not to show this kind of behaviour to other people as they won’t react the same way.. I generally don’t write feedback but the interaction today made me regret placing the work order in the first instance..
