The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

There are cockroaches roaming around with no impact after service. Also, the utensils were cleared by us as the representative moved only a few.

The service person infomed insecticide for spider is seperate and cost extra Rs 600(though the service i booked included full insecticide), service not upto the mark, the guy came one hr after the scheduled time and literally tried to run away and tries to skip the areas to spray, the gadget he bought also was malfunctioning time to time. On the same and next day of service I could see cockroaches, ants, spiders freely crawling.(iam writing this review on 3rd day morning of service availed) .Overall it's a waste of money....could have availed this service from some other qualified service providers......

I doubt whether he sprayed pesticide or just water.No smell at all even during the work. He was in a hurry and didn't apply properly. Finished the job within 30 minutes. Though I paid for including utensils removal, he didn't do that. He came alone to the house without any helper and so I did the utensils removal on sympathetic ground. I am totally unhappy and not satisfied with the work. I want to claim for warranty .
