The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

1.He was very kind.He said he will come after 4 days to keep gel. 2.this is for urban company: I had to reschedule kitchen cleaning becoz he said we have to leave de kitchen with chemical for minimum 5 hrs.urban company can mention tat too in procedure note.when I reschedule i had slot only next day afternoon. I could not contact urban except chat...which was unfriendly recording asking yes or no 3: i give 5star for worker & urban company has to see to this.

Before the treatment my kitchen was loaded with cockroaches after the recent rains . I booked a treatment for insects and roaches in Urbanclap. The service was excellent. The executive Bharat did a step by step treatment visited the us multiple times . Located the places where roaches often appear and paid attention to ensure those places are well treated.
