No service done. What UC site said,deep cleaning 1.5 hrs. He said it will take more time. When i told him to do basic cleaning, he said it is not worth doing. I have paid for annual service for 2 cleaning per year. He said he cant do it and said that the money will be refunded. He asked for 203 Rs for his visit. I said when i had already paid for a year, and you are not doing why should i pay 203 Rs more?? The previos service done by UC in July 2024, did an excellent job. So i called UC again. Very disappointed now. I have used UC for various other services earlier and i was happy. Is UC service going down or only this person???
