The booked time slot was 2 am , he came 1 hour early and went without fixing the duct pipe . Saying that the pipe won’t fit , which actually was a perfect size , it got little delayed for the pipe to arrive , that’s why booked 2pm slot , but he came early and said cannot fit the pipe without even seeing it , he had to go somewhere else so he went . Waste of money for just fixing 4 screws gave him 700

WOW and Excellent service done by the chimney technician. This is the first time, I've seen a technician who worked more professionally and I really inspired the way he completed cleaning task. The service technician was so punctual to know where the location was. In spite of the given location being incorrect. However, he managed and got my location, reached on time. He is really trained in his job role, where we can see the output was very neat and clean. I recommend UC to promote this service technician to higher designation and have the junior tech to assign under his supervision, so that UC can have the number of professionals like him.
