The partner wanted me to perform the motor rewinding. I told him first to check the machine and clean it and then if not working to trouble shoot. During the service only a capacitor needed changing. He has charged me 900/- for a capacitor. I have seen online that the part is between 250-350 online. Pls investigate.

Despite arriving 45 mins late, service technician was in a hurry, did not use any special tools or cleaning agent other than caustic soda. As a user, I had to point out the incomplete cleaning to get it done.

The chimney was not cleaned properly. It is still greasy inside and has stains all over it. He provided only very basic cleaning, which was absolutely not worth the price paid. When I pointed this out after the service was completed, he gave excuses for everything. My daily cleaning does a better job than this.
