This is for chimney services where we didn't had the pipes. This person has requested 1200 per pipe where in the nearby shop it was available for 650 rs. Post getting this pipe this person had requested for additional 200rs per pipe installation charges, where in as per my understanding it should be covered as part of this installation request but the technician was asking for 600 rs in cash. Then I have clearly mentioned that UC has mentioned that there should not be any cash components involved and I told him I ready to 400rs as there were 3 pipes (1st one should be part of basic installation and remaining 2 were additional ones) provided if the same can be added in UC final bill and I would settle the same via UC. After that this person behaved very rudely and mentioned he didn't need any money and left the place. After this incident there was a call from the UC partner mentioning that there was some additional work made by the technician and they wanted to 400 rs in the bill. I have clearly mentioned them that I am ready to pay the amount provided if the same has to be added in UC bill with clear details mentioned and also told him as per my understanding this should be covered as part of installation and asked him to redirect the call to UC as he did not belong to UC (he was from partner support) no one called more calls from UC or UC Partner. Please be careful with the additional products you get from them, it was being over charged and don't go for any personal cash option. This is total waste of time for me and unnecessary stress in managing these ppl and answering them.
