Noise was because of inner fan was broken. But he forced me to change outer duct pipe. Once changed duct also issue was not resolved then he is said issue with inner fan. Unnecessarily 2k he was wasted. He didn’t give bill. After I called up then only he gave the bill . But the amount he told me and in the bill has discrepancy. I paid 3900 but bill was given 3800. Totally I am not satisfied 2000 rupees wasted.

During the inspection, it was found that the chimney motor is not functioning properly due to excessive wear and damage in the motor sleeve assembly. The sleeve has developed significant play, causing abnormal noise, vibration, reduced suction performance, and increased load on the motor. Continuous operation in this condition may lead to complete motor failure and further damage to internal components. The chimney was thoroughly checked, and no external electrical issue was observed. The issue is primarily related to the worn sleeve and associated motor parts. Replacement of the damaged sleeve assembly and inspection of the motor are recommended to restore normal performance, ensure proper suction, and prevent future breakdowns.
