Chimney repair and servicing - what I asked for. 1 he did not pull out the chimney at all 2 not attended electrical loose contacts 3 the 3” pipe outlet was not removed / cleaned at all - he said it is outside his scope He just wiped the chimney using a cloth and finished washing the two filters. I paid Rs 1300/- for this. Is it justifiable??

Agent arrived late and utensil cleaning scrub was used without intimation. Utensils were all greasy during washing, that’s when it came to our notice. Normal cleaning was ₹399 plus taxes, however refund was only ₹510, therefore I ended up paying more than ₹650 (50% more than usual).
