Service person was late and made us wait until 11:30 for 10 am appointment. Asked for basic service, before even looking at the appliance he was estimating higher expense and he was not willing to do asked service. He wanted me to buy some spray to clean. Not satisfied with the attitude. Also I see he has charged me visiting charge and tip that was already assigned for this job. Need a refund of entire amount.
