He has charged 4 inch 6feet hose Rs. 1200(actual price 500 to 700). Hose cap Rs. 250. 4inch round Particle board Rs. 450(actual 250). Totally he charged Rs. 1900 but actual price might be 1000 to 1200. Also he didn't deduct the service cost 219 from the accessories amount, since he asked to pay this amount to his personal account. I have proof of payment done. Very worst experience with urban company.

He just removed the chimney from the frame within 30 sec and also did not remove the frame in which chimney was placed since he has no equipments and charged 580 for uninstall. For just a bulb problem inside chimney he says entire wiring needs to be checked which will cost 1500. He will treat the old chimney has scrap and will ask for 200 rs
