It was the worst service i had to experience , first of all the Saqib the guy who came for service of the washing machine told me it's some pcb problem , he will do it personally and told me not to connect with urban company , He got the part took 4750/- and told he replaced it , later after putting the new one the machine still dint work , he left told me to contact a whirlpool technical person , Thank God which I did the technician told problem is something and saqib replaced an unwanted pcb , So he put the old pcb of mine and the machine started working perfectly , When I contacted Saqib the guy from urban company and asked for the refund , He gave me back 1500/- and told me that's the best he can do and cut the call , My question is my do keep such fraud people ? And is urban company involved with such acts ? It's really shameful , I will never ever suggest anyone any service from Urban company ! Never !!!
