He came with the basic issue of Desclaing cleaning but didnt carry the deacaling powder. Made me order blinkit. In that process he damaged the inlet pipe and it started leaking. Again I had to do blinkit and he fixed it. Then he went off and I called him back only to check that he had damaged the internal sensor so water not flowing. When I blasted him that he has damaged so many things, he replaced the sensor out of his own pocket. Totally a useless and worthless technician. Should be blocked from UC.

Our washing machine had a noise issue. For which this person said its ok we can replace the shock absorber later since its not majorly affecting the performance of the machine. He also put a softener to the machine for cleaning purposes. Next day the machine started to shake even more than before which made us doubtful. If the technician said its nothing major and can be managed for some more days how can it shake so much the next day itself? Its such a bad experience with Urban company. We learnt our lesson and will never call you people for such services and warn in our circle as well to beware of such gimmick.
