This time really disappointed with the service. The team of 3 took 11 hours to complete their job which is not satisfactory, especially in the kitchen. Some of the issues- 1) The team did not know that the exhaust fan covers can be removed and cleaned or they pretended so. It has been done by ÚC personnel who came on previous services. I had to show them for two fans. The 3rd one assumed that it would be done. But the supervisor tried to bluff saying that he already did it. I checked and opened it myself, took pics and showed it to him. Then he admitted that he had indeed lied and proceeded to do it. 2) I had to point out many areas which were left out in the baths and kitchen after they said that it was done. 3) Kitchen cabinets inside and exteriors are still dusty. They probably did not rinse their cleaning cloths when they wiped them finally. I am not happy with this job. Have taken pics and videos of this slack job. Hope UC can arrange a service for this. 4) I had booked 2BHK bungalow /Duplex. We have 3 washrooms including one in utility area. There is no option in ÚC app to mention this. He refused to clean the one in utility area. He said service includes 2 bedroom and 2 baths only. 5) The team talked continuously with each other and on the phones non-stop for entire duration!! Work-speed and efficiency suffered. One of them was watching the India-West Indies cricket ODI match on his phone and moved his hands when one of the family members went closer!!! 6) As they were very slow, we even arranged our own furniture to speed up the job. Also Removed items from cabinet to help them. 7) Unhygienic- the team used cloth to clean areas and did not rinse properly to give the final wipe. The person who cleaned the fridge tried to use the same cloth to clean inside also. We stopped him, told him to clean his hands, provided him with our cleaning cloths and disposable gloves to handle items inside the fridge. After cleaning the fridge, he mixed up all items.. put veg in the freezer and some frozen items in the refrigerator side. We had to do additional work!! The blackish mould on the fudge door rubber gaskets were not cleaned. I had to show that it can be done. The supervisor said that once the gasket turns dark, it has to be replaced with new ones!!! 8) They did not carry a steamer with them to clean microwave, gas stove, chimney and exterior of fridge as required by the job description. Grease still remains on the edges reachable from exterior. The supervisor said that if the services for refrigerator, chimney and microwave OR only service for kitchen was booked they would carry a steamer!! Not when a home cleaning is booked!! But am being charged for the same services!! 9) They did carry bathroom floor cleaning machine but refused to use it. The supervisor said that he always does it with the other bigger floor cleaning machine. So, bathroom areas being smaller than living or bed rooms, the corners could not be cleaned properly. I had to insist to redo these corners. 10) Corners on the internal staircase not properly cleaned on first run. I had to point out repeatedly to make them do a proper job. 11) In the utility area, dust on the tiles and skirting not cleaned. I am unable to upload the pics that I have taken immediately after they left. I did not need the services of “experts” to do such cleaning. Some area we have to redo the cleaning now as they have left marks and dirt. Overall, a very unprofessional team. I am not happy with the job carried out. I hope UC takes note of this and send a team to redo my kitchen cabinets and chimney.
