The service was booked for removing utensils and objects. However the service provider sprayed the liquid in my library rack without removing the books and the board games

Zero output or result, not even 1 cockroach died. He did spray which had any impact except the smell. It become waste of my money, time and efforts. Can you pls help me ensure service is done again and effective. Shall wait

Partner did incomplete service , not only the pest came more in numbers , it feels as of there was no service done at all. Upon contacting with help desk , partner agreed over a confrence call to come and visit to do a rework but next day the partner backed off his words and was not willing to come for the rework or inspection at give time.

Unfortunately, the treatment has had the complete opposite effect of what was promised. Instead of seeing a reduction in pests, the cockroach activity has dramatically increased. I am now seeing more live and distressed cockroaches on countertops and near food areas, making the living conditions unacceptable. This has forced me to undertake a thorough and unnecessary cleaning of my entire kitchen and all utensils for two days to ensure they are safe to use, adding significant extra burden and stress. This suggests that the method or chemicals used were ineffective and may have agitated the pests, driving them out into the open without eliminating them. For a paid service that was supposed to solve a problem, this result is completely unsatisfactory and has left me in a worse situation than before, both in terms of the infestation and the unnecessary effort I've had to expend.
