The spray made the kitchen look very messy and lots of pools of water were all around. All the wooden works were wet and everything was stuck and it ruined the furniture

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the kitchen pest control service I received Despite the treatment, I have not seen the promised results. In fact, there has been no noticeable reduction in pest activity. Based on my observations during the service, I suspect the chemical solution used may have been over-diluted or insufficient for the task, as it failed to have the expected impact. As the service did not meet the standard of the "Urban Company Guarantee," I would like to request one of the following: 1. A complete redo of the service at no additional cost, ensuring the correct chemical concentration is used by a senior technician. 2. A full refund for the ineffective service. I have been a customer of your platform because of the reliability you usually offer, and I hope to resolve this quickly. Please let me know how you intend to proceed.
