I am extremely disappointed with the cockroach control service. I spent 6 hours clearing and resetting my kitchen space. Paid ₹1000 for the UC service and ₹500 extra for after cleanup to my maid Despite all this effort and expense, there is zero effect on cockroaches — they are still all over my cabinets and slab area. This is very frustrating and unhygienic. I expected a professional service with visible results, but the problem remains exactly the same. I request an immediate resolution — a proper re-service by a qualified professional

Ravvikanta was on time (called 20 mins prior to reconfirm) and explained clearly the process and steps he will be taking. He cleared the utensils properly to the next room and started the pest control treatment which lasted about 45 mins. Having completed the job -he explained the next visit - a week later for the final part of the treatment. Very happy with professional and helpful attitude. Thank you Ravikanta and UC
