Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

During the service, the technician sprayed chemicals and applied pest control gel inside multiple kitchen drawers. Immediately after the treatment, several of the kitchen drawers (Hettich tandem box channels) stopped sliding smoothly. Prior to the service, all drawers were functioning perfectly. The problem appeared right after the technician sprayed chemicals inside the drawers, which suggests that chemical residue may have entered the drawer channels or rails. I contacted support through the chat, where I was advised to arrange a carpenter myself and share the estimate. However, since this issue arose directly after the pest control service, I believe the appropriate approach would be for Urban Company to arrange an inspection and resolution rather than asking the customer to coordinate external repairs.
