Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?

Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Why do I need the second visit?

The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

Is the service safe for children and pest?

I have a 1 year old and when he came he didn’t even told us what is the end result he didn’t explain about this service otherwise i would have not opted this service as all I wanted someone to come remove the utensils and add medicine clean and go His behaviour was so inappropriate when we asked what can we do everything was messed up he just simply went without giving any solution This is probably the worst experience I have faced with urban company

Not unhygienic, but my whole kitchen was in a pool of water, it was just water all around which didn't dry after 6-7 hours that I had to literally wipe it all up. My friend recommended Urban Company to me for pest control, and she confirmed it wasn't like this for me, it was a good spray which dried up pretty quickly
