We called urban clean person to house to clean the cockroach problems. That guy came name be there is very good. Excellent talent spread all over the kitchen and the bathroom and the extended areas well and give some suggestions and second time. Also, they’re going to visit very good talented person, thanks to urban and employee.

I had the worst experience this time. I had done pest control at my home multiple times from UC but never had this kind of service. 1. I had paid extra for clearing the kitchen utensils but he was making excuses like he will cover the inside cabinet masala dabbas and then spray over them. 2. Even he was saying he came from another house where he did pest control and it's all over his body and that is why he wants to avoid touching utensils which was a lame excuse. Then I had to give gloves from my end and then he removed the utensils but he showed tantrums multiple times 3. Till last time whenever I did pest control it was done fantastically and a lot of cockroaches used the die during the period itself. But this time hardly any cockroach died and even hours after pest control. There was no smell. I feel he diluted the solution with water and that is why there was no effect. Dear UC, I am a regular customer of UC becz of your good service but if you start this kind of service, cheating customers etc then I have to switch to your competitors. I feel it was a waste of my money in today's service, very disappointing.
