Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

We expected end to end responsilbiliyy in shifting all items within kitchen. We had gone for higher package for the same reason that it was not possible for us to get involved in. However the service parson did not do and he removed only few utensils. Either Urban Comapny should tell the service person to take care of everything or should have the option to do end to end work by removing all items from kitchen.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
