Her behaviour was good. But my schedule was from 8 am to 10 am. It was my engagement and the function was supposed to begin at 10 am. I had mentioned it to her the previous day too. I had tried reaching her through calls and texts well in advance on the day of the events but she did not respond. Later she mentioned she was attending another bride at around 8:30 am. She arrived at around 10:15 am stating traffic issues and since I did not find another beautician at that time I was totally devastated. I lost all hope and panicked by that time. However, I had no other choice to go ahead with her ( Makeup, hair do and saree draping) but the entire event was delayed by this for the entire 2 hours and I missed a lot of events, like I could not sit for the pooja and the priest and guests were very upset about the delay. Further my ring ceremony was also delayed. It was a very traumatic experience to me on my big day. I had opted for fish braids which was not done as per my choice and very messy. I paid an extra Rs. 500 for it since she said it doesn't come under basic hair do. The makeup and saree draping was ok. But the damage caused that day is still haunting me. This was my first experience with UC but it was a nightmare. I wouldn't dare to try this again. Also just in case the makeup artist is seriously facing any issues to reach the client on time, the company should have to assist them accordingly or they should at least inform the client beforehand especially when the event is involving the client majorly. I had also tried reaching out to the SOS helpline but did not get much help from them either. I have the screenshots of all the messages, call logs and pictures of my engagement in support of the above. Request you to kindly reach out to me and still be better if you could refund the package charges paid by me if possible.

Vidya came 45 minutes late. I was happy with the hairstyle. She was sweet and suggested hairstyles. The saree draping was not to perfection. Just okay. It was also annoying that she kept taking calls during the session.

Lakshmi was absolutely brilliant! She did exactly what I wanted for my eyes and even made better recommendations for what would work best for me! Did a brilliant job with saree draping for my first time wearing one! She’s lovely! Will call her again!

She arrived more than an hour late and as a consequence we were late to the event we had to attend. Personally, did not like her behaviour. The Urban Company app provided absolutely no help in allotting another partner as this partner was running late. As a whole very unhappy with the service and wouldn’t trust Urban Company for any other event of mine.
