He was very soft spoken, smiling . Good service . Only areas of improvement are - he asked if he can massage the head , to which I said yes, later realized it is chargeable . No problem paying, but informing in advance should be mandatory . Beard was done to perfection . Haircut can be improved as it did not look the way we had expected but still was good only . Language barrier was there, but manageable .
