I was unaware that the chimney was unblocked and very switched it on it was not working so so I booked a service from your site and when he came he just blocked in just plugged in and started this ridge and it start working but the clock was flickering he said it usually happens if it is a old chimney so I'm not satisfied at all and just to plug in hes charged me the visiting judges I would like to get my refund back for the service please take in consideration

I don't think its time and money worth spending, inner part we cannot judge much...hoping better but outer was not completely cleaned, said chemical will spoil it...but there must be other cleaning agents.
