Excellent service! I was about 20 minutes late, but my barber was very understanding and professional. He did a neat, clean, and fantastic haircut. I have curly hair, which can be tricky to cut, but he managed it really well and exceeded my expectations. The head massage was also very relaxing. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Subject: Urgent Safety Concern and Complaint Regarding Service Professional Mohd Samir Dear Urban Company Support Team, I am writing to log an urgent complaint regarding the professional, Mohd Samir, who attended my booking today for my child's haircut. During the service, this professional engaged in a highly inappropriate and deeply disturbing conversation that has left me feeling unsafe and panicked about my child’s security. While putting the cape on my child, Mohd Samir began sharing detailed stories about child kidnappings, specifically mentioning a small child of my own child's age who was abducted from his village in Ayodhya three days ago and remains missing, as well as another child who was kidnapped and found far away. When I felt unsafe and explicitly mentioned that our home is fully protected by CCTV, he pointedly responded that children are not safe in his village because there is no CCTV there. Furthermore, when I tried to cut the conversation short and asked him to hurry because we needed to leave for school and work, he subtly questioned whether my child walks to school alone. To add to my discomfort, he also brought up the fact that he has been inside my house before for a previous salon treatment, signaling his familiarity with our home layout and our family. As a parent, I found his fixation on child abduction, his probing questions about my child's daily routine, and his reminders that he knows where we live to be completely unacceptable and a massive red flag. I request that Urban Company takes immediate action to investigate Mohd Samir. I also require strict, written confirmation that this professional will be permanently blocked from ever being assigned to my account, my address, or my family again.
