Jen was polite and seemed hard working but didn't finish the job. We had 3 water bottles upstairs, still full, which we can't find. Maybe she threw them away? I had a picture frame, which I told her was fragile, and it says fragile on the packaging. She put lots of boxes on top of this. When I saw this, I explained it was glass and nothing should be put on top of it. She moved it, but it was left carelessly on its side on top of other boxes, which can easily fall and break. I am also missing a box of tissues by the side of the bed. There were 2 suitcases I had packed for a trip near my bedroom. These were moved and piled on top of other suitcases. She should have asked me before moving these. I now have put everything back in its place. I did tell Jen if she had any questions, then please ask me. She also left sunscreen in my bed?? She left rubbish bags outside my villa, not in the bins. The front step/entrance has not been cleaned. I am disappointed again. Please, Yammak, give her proper training.

The service was really bad , 1st she ended the service @08:47 ish , and she left at 7:30 !!!! That waS not ok!! And unprofessional!!!! she was doing everything fast , and not cleaning properly, i have to tell her about everything and every details , and she finished within 2.5 hours and my booking was 4 hours . Please train her well before sending her to other houses . And when She said she cleaned , she is not cleaning properly she just want to finish and leave
