Had the sofa and carpet deep clean and find the experience quite professional and friendly. However after they left, few noticeable red stains appeared which I called them and they came back promptly. They explained is from the inside foam and fixed it, but unfortunately after they left a few stains reappeared again but less visible this time. I may have to manage this on my own. I think it would also be good to add to the note on the detail section that the chemical smell may take a few days to go, it’s really quite intense and I have to open the doors for hours, air purifier on day and night and still lingering after 2 days.
