1- تأخر مقدمي الخدمة ساعة كاملة بدون بدون اشعاري بذلك مسبقا مما تسبب في تعطيل مواعيدي 2- تمت مشاهدة الاخصائيين من نافذة المنزل وهم يتناولون وجبة خفيفة داخل المركبة قبل صعودهم إلى المنزل 3- عند الوصول لم يتم تقديم اي اعتذار عن التأخير مما يعكس عدم تقدير العميل ، عوضا عن ذلك قامت العاملات بالجدال معي ان طقم الكنب لدي ٩ قطع وليس ٨( لان احد القطع اكبر ) 4- سلوك العاملات غير احترافي ولا يعكس المستوى المطلوب ، عكس التجارب السابقة في تنظيف المنزل من العاملات الفلبينيات وهناك الكثير من الملاحظات في هذا الشأن 5- تم إنهاء غسيل الطقم في ساعة ونصف بدل الساعتين المذكورة مما يعكس رغبتهم في الانتهاء من العمل بالمقام الأول ** ليس الهدف من التعليق ان يتم عقاب او حرمان العاملات وإنما الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة المقدم وحفظ حقوق المستفيد وشكرا لا أرغب بالتعامل مع هذا الفريق بالمستقبل
