I booked the deep clean service for 1199 SAR, and the quality was far below expectations. The team did not do a thorough job at all. There was still dust left in the corners, the windows were not cleaned, and they did not clean the mattress or steam the curtains as promised. They also did not clean the metal drying rack in the kitchen. Additionally while they did clean the top of our sofa they managed to make the bottom of our white sofa dirty with their feet and banging against it causing marks which were not there prior. Among various other things. For a service labeled “deep clean,” the results were extremely disappointing. I now have to hire another cleaning company to actually deep clean my home, which means more time and additional cost. This service was not worth the price, and I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
