I booked to clean deep cleaning 5 rooms including 1 room which is an outside area . 1- When you request deep cleaning you expect every single detail because I am paying a big amount after they finished a shower them many places not cleaned 2- walls still had black spots 3- details are still not clean and dusty 4- in the beginning they rejected to clean my outside area which is as big as a room although I requested in the app and it was approved 5- the floor after they left I wiped it with my hand heavy dust was still there 6- details like window corners , floor corners were not properly cleaned I require a refund please
