Dear UC team, I would like to express the general dissatisfaction of the services provided by your staff. I clearly indicated that I needed all the equipment to be brought by UC team. If you needed more details from my part, you could have contacted me in advance and to clarify. So far, the floor was not properly cleaned as the staff did not bring the mop or other proper equipment required for the floor. No vacuum cleaner was brought for the carpets. The pieces of furniture, the cosmetic items, the decor pieces were not put on the same place and or just put back in a messy way. The toilet aroma block in one of the bathrooms was not put back and was hanging the whole day on the toilet paper holder, until I discovered the drips on the floor. I was literally walking from one room to another and putting on their places the things after your cleaner.
