I’m not satisfied with how he handled the situation — he needs to be more professional. 1. He was talking to other customers while working, which caused a lack of focus. 2. His behavior was also unprofessional. For example, when the plug didn’t work, he didn’t test it properly. He simply installed it, made a quick attempt, and then declared it broken without trying to repair it. He immediately requested a new one, even though it might have been repairable.

Really good and supportive technician, he changed the lights one time and it appeared that the color was not matching then I had to replace the lights from the store then he had to reinstall it. Thank you Mohammed 🙏🏼
