No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the second visit include?

Some cockroaches are still visible. It requires another spraying just along the floor , slab and skirting without disturbing the vessels' arrangement. If you can send him again tomorrow, it would most certainly help

I want a complete refund because the service was not upto the mark. I can still see cockroaches in my kitchen. Despite repeated assurance feom the technician he did not arrive at all.... have been waiting for his arrival for 5 hours now. He keeps delaying citing different inconvenience. But what about customer inconvenience. Absolutely hated this service and the behaviour of the technician, to not value his words and the customers time.
