No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

What will the first visit include?

Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house

As soon as he reached the house, he said ‘your cockroach problem will never end’. Now we know why. He forced us out of the house before the treatment. After the service we found out that he did not spray the bathroom. AND WE FOUND OUT THERE IS A HOLE POKED IN THE LOFT OF OUR KITCHEN!!! these Pune pest control people are scamming everyone like this (poking holes for cockroaches, keeping shoes boxes filled with cockroaches in front of the society etc.) next time do not book this person, even if you do keep a complete watch over it, this is horrible 😡
